In small groups I take you into the nitty gritty of Emotionally Integrated Voice to work with the body’s capacity for freedom, connection, catharsis and economy. Through singing long tones we undo the prejudices we each hold around voice. We support one another’s discoveries and celebrate the authentic feel and sound of each person’s vocal instrument as range, texture and ease flourish. These “ahas” become reliable technique through the conscious, healthy repetition practiced in Slipper Camp. (Taking Slipper Camp in the same term as a Group Series will deepen and accelerate your learning- and we offer the discount below to support that.)

"4/5 Series" means you are signing up for a series with 5 consecutive weeks of class (same day, same time each week) but only paying for 4, to allow you the flexibility of one missed class for illness and other curveballs. You can skip any 1 class in the series, no need to let us know in advance. If you wish to attend all 5, simply pay for the final class via e-transfer to fidesbooking@gmail.com on the day of. It's $79.19 ($67.80 artsworker). 

There is no switching between series, you take Group class with the same cohort of students every week. You can't purchase individual one-off Group Classes this term. A foundational is necessary to join small group classes.

Updated CVID Policiess

COVID, flu, and colds are especially problematic for singers and live performers because we have to stop work completely when we get sick, and can lose our income stream during that time. So, to keep all studio members safe:

-Do not attend in-person classes if you have any COVID symptoms. Please use your your "free missed class" built into your Group series for this. 

· If Fides gets a mild respiratory illness, she may move 1 class in your Group series fully to zoom. If you are unable to accommodate zoom, we wll offer a refund/credit. i

Masking Policy: You are welcome to mask at your own discretion. Fides has a high quality, quiet air purifier in her studio. 

In the event that a Group Class is small (2-3 people), the classes in the Group will be shorter than 2h. You will still receive the same amount of one-on-one personal attention and warm-in.

If you make your living in the arts and need a discount, use the code ARTSWORKER15 at checkout and your fee will be reduced by 15%
